1ª Línea de Playa - Apartamento totalmente reformado en Estepona
Ubicación y playa
El apartamento se sitúa a 20 metros del paseo marítimo y la playa de La Rada, ofreciendo acceso directo al arenal. Las vistas al mar y a la costa africana son visibles desde la terraza privada, con el Peñón de Gibraltar y las montañas del Atlas en días despejados. La playa de La Rada proporciona espacio para nadar y tomar el sol, con chiringuitos cercanos para comer frente al agua.
El apartamento
La propiedad tiene dos dormitorios, uno de ellos utilizado como vestidor, y un cuarto de baño completo con artículos de tocador gratuitos. La cocina está equipada con lavadora, zona de comedor y electrodomésticos básicos, mientras que los suelos de parqué aportan calidez al espacio.
